1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. 3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Confidentiality of Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Your php444 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person or entity. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly stated on the deposit page. We reserve the right to change accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) are typically credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take 1-4 hours to process, depending on the issuing bank. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate. php444 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by php444. This policy is required by anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, but actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of your bank or e-wallet provider. php444 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals.

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary based on your account status and verification level. php444 does not charge fees for withdrawals, but third-party payment processors or banks may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

6. Gaming Services and Fair Play

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Termination

php444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your account activity suggests money laundering or other illegal conduct. We also reserve the right to close accounts that have been inactive for extended periods.

8.2 Effects of Account Closure

Upon account closure, you will no longer have access to php444 services. If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach (such as voluntary closure or regulatory requirements), any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or charges.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting php444 customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all funds. php444 will process account closure requests within 48 hours. If you wish to reopen a closed account, you must contact customer support, and reopening is subject to php444's approval.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The php444 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. php444 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor do we guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information provided on the Platform.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, php444, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. In no event shall php444's total liability exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9.3 Force Majeure

php444 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet service provider failures, or power outages.

10. Dispute Resolution

The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
